The only thing that let the company down is that the courtesy car had 6 miles of petrol left in it. I was therefore having to rush round to find a petrol station and was then late to work.
Unhappy with explanation given as to why warning lights appeared. The information written on the invoice I was given was incorrect.

See above. I know a customer collecting a mini from the service department is really not that interesting, but it was very disappointing to be left waiting for so long just to collect a car that was sitting ready outside.

My dealer had been incredibly helpful on all fronts. Picked up my car from Home, checked it out and corrected minor problems due to its use andcd4livered it homecat minimal cast. Easily contactable, considerate and polite and extremely helpful.

I would have preferred the service provider to show me that they had replaced the fuel cap door and ask if I was happy with it rather than just give me the keys
