The technicians couldn't find any fault with the phone app, however, people say that the line is poor whenever I make calls. I was advised that the Bluetooth on my phone may be an issue, however, it's paired to the car before each journey!

I dealt with Kieron Farmer who is the very best of all the salespeople I have ever dealt with. My first Mini was in the year of birth 2000. I've had dealings with a wide variety of people and Kieron is the best there is. His knowledge is first class.

From the very start the service was excellent. I noticed a very small patch of chipped paint. On informing Canterbury, I returned the mini and was given a curtsey car while it was being repaired. Service and MOT was efficient.
